▸ In a sad turn of events during last night's activities, local teenager Bela Gage was found dead at Gainsbourg Resort as festivities were wrapping up. Local authorities have opened up an investigation regarding the circumstances around her death.

▸ Several houses were egged in height of last night's events. Locals are offering a small reward to anyone with information that may lead to identification of the culprits.

[apparently there's a shuttle that runs between blackwell and gainsbourg resort, if you ask. sam hadn't asked before setting out on foot the first time, but it definitely made coming back a little less rough on him, even if the light rain had let up by the time he was leaving the library. he's got plastic bags from the local supermarket in his hands, since his budget is probably going to be a little tight for restaurants.
